Wine-grower’s word
" Saint-Estèphe designation has been severely touched by hail during summer. After June’s hot weather and July’s humidity, serious wine-grower’s talents were needed to bring grapes to ripeness. Low yields have enabled plants to naturally maximise this vintage qualities. Late ripeness of Cabernet Sauvignon has enabled us to harvest grapes with homogeneous ripeness. "

Sommelier’s advice
Recipes suggestion: Preserved lamb shoulder, Peking Kid shoulder, Risotto with black truffle from Perigord and Colonnata bacon, Tomatoes Carpaccio with Tabasco tomato water, Mendiant with Grand Cru Abinao chocolate.
"The attack is open and bold. Cabernet’s race is here. They are aromatic, powerful, but with sweet tannins, accompanied by a real freshness. The mouth is elegant; the bottom is full and sapid but digestible. This is a truly chewy wine. The finish is long and accompanied by a beautiful bitterness. The roundness of Merlots balances wine’s density. This is a modern and balanced wine, with a delicious juice. "
